A Warrant is Out for David Eason's Arrest in CPS Case

There have been countless disturbing updates from “The Land” lately and it’s only getting worse. There is now a warrant out for David Eason‘s arrest after Jenelle Evans‘s husband reportedly physically attacked her son, Jace.
It led to a CPS investigation where other allegations came up, including that her younger children, Kaiser and Ensley, were present for David’s mistreatment of Jace.

There is now a warrant out for David Eason’s arrest after he was charged in the CPS investigation against him and Jenelle Evans.
On September 29th, her son Jace Evans was reported missing for a third time. Soon after, police began treating the case as an investigation into possible neglect.
According to TMZ, the 14-year-old escaped through his window and went out into the woods that surround the family’s home.
Jenelle told law enforcement that her son left the house without a phone. The police showed up to their home around 8:00 p.m., TMZ noted.
Jenelle soon shared with her followers on social media that Jace was found safe. He was then removed from the Easons’ custody and placed back with Jenelle’s mother, Barbara.
The CPS investigation found that David committed physical harm against Jace.
Earlier this week, the father of three was charged with misdemeanor child abuse. The Sun reported today that there is currently a warrant out for David’s arrest.
“I don’t see anything that has been served,” a court clerk revealed to the outlet. “But there is a warrant out for his arrest.”
Sources are saying that the 35-year-old assaulted Jace in front of their neighbor’s home. Reports also indicate that Jenelle’s younger children were present for the upsetting attack.
